The Core program provides the coaching and support for ski racers who have established their skiing fundamentals in an entry level program and are bringing a greater level of commitment to their training. Athletes in the Core program are expected to have developed strong skiing fundamentals in an introductory program and will be challenged with a greater emphasis on race preparation and tactics. Our athletes can train up to six days/week on snow by participating in “early release” training, the Lights on Chute program as well as Saturday and Sunday training. The The Core program offers athletes dry land conditioning, video feedback, nutrition coaching and discussion of the mental skills required for success. Success takes hard work.
